Returns Procedure:

We are completely committed to your satisfaction, and want you to be happy with your purchase; however we understand that sometimes there is a need to return items. If you wish to return an item please contact us. If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations you can do so provided you inform us within 7 working days of receipt of the item. The item must not be used and must be "as new" in its original packaging when returned to us. Please note the cost of return will be to the expense of the customer and if the item included Free P&P please be advised that the refunded amount will be less the initial postage charge. 


You are well within your rights to cancel an order as long as we have not despatched the item to you. If the item has not been despatched we may charge a restocking fee of 15% depending on the item you have ordered. This is to cover administration and warehousing costs. 

Faulty/Damaged Items:

Should you take delivery of a damaged order, please sign for it as damaged and contact us as soon as possible with your order number, we will make arrangements for a new complete order to be issued out to you with a collection note for the couriers. At the time the courier delivers the new order they will collect the damaged/faulty item(s) and return them to us. This process reduces the inconvenience to you by making sure that all exchanges are carried out on the same day, at the same time.

Clothing & Footwear:

We understand that buying clothing and footwear over the internet can be difficult due to sizing issues etc, we offer a simple solution. Should you purchase an item of clothing or footwear from us and it is not a suitable fit contact us with your order number and the preferred size, we will then issue out a new order with the requested size and the couriers will collect the incorrect size at the same time as they deliver the new order, this is carried out at the same time on the same day to avoid inconvenience, there is no charge for the first exchange, however due to carriage charges further exchanges will be liable for a £5 carriage charge to cover costs.


All products will be covered by a minimum of 12 months manufacturer warranty. If you have a product that you purchased from us and it fails through manufacturer defect, don't panic, simply contact us and provide your order number. 

You will need to ensure that the item is securely wrapped or boxed, any petrol machinery will need to have the fuel drained from the tank (our couriers will not collect any item that is not boxed or that still has fuel in the tank). Once collected and returned to us we will carry out any required repairs and have the item returned to you with minimal inconvenience and in a timely manner, under normal circumstances all warranty repairs are completed and returned within 14 days.

Should we collect an item and the fault is not covered by warranty, you will be notified of any repair costs and re-delivery costs before any work is undertaken. 

Any fault covered under warranty must be taken to your local manufacturing dealer. Mad4Mowers will usually offer to carry out the warranty repair, however, any carriage charge to and from the consumer and Mad4Mowers will have to be covered by the consumer. No carriage is covered under warranty.
